Architectural Staff (Level 1)

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is looking for a motivated Architectural Staff (Level 1) to join our Client Programs Market team in Seattle, WA!

In this role, you’ll have the chance to be part of global and national building programs that are transforming industries. Within our Client Programs (CP) Market, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all phases of design and delivery, working alongside talented professionals while contributing to high-impact projects.

Emerging Architectural Staff support the production and delivery of client approval, design development, and contract documents while building expertise in architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination. This role emphasizes change management, client standards, and tools that support ground-up project delivery. Candidates should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on improving built- project delivery through well-considered information management and continuous improvement.

• Assist with the production of contract deliverables including design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. Primary focus is on project coordination, detailing, and adherence to MG2 and/or client specific production standards.
• Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Fire, and Civil engineering consultants.
• Provide administrative support for project teams, including creating meeting agendas and minutes, updating change trackers, checklists, change narratives, and generating various types of project reports.
• Assist with code research and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with cost estimators who will produce estimates of design updates.
• Document design changes and associated impacts to Revit workflows, families, parameters, view templates, and tagging.
• Coordinate and update product cut sheets and reference shop drawing, and other collateral as needed.
• Produce accurate and timely work in accordance with weekly workplans and direction given. Work should demonstrate understanding of design intent and comprehension of project budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project design, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Some experience with design and visualization tools including Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, and Enscape.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation: $67,000 to $78,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
